We’ll put together a home maintenance checklist and tackle that checklist over the course of the year. We’ll also pull the covers off of patio furniture and fluff up the cushions in the spring and then put it all away again in the fall.

We’ll take the stack of stuff that was just delivered and help you put it away. Schedule your deliveries for the same day as “trash day” and we’ll bring your cans in or put them out too. Excess trash or recycling from a celebration or project? We can take it away.

We’ll get your car washed, get your oil changed, or drop at the dealer for service. Want to detail your own car? Headed to the airport? We can help load your minivan, drive with you to the airport, unload your family, luggage, and car seats, and we’ll drive your car back to your house.

We’ll store your holiday decorations and bring them to you when you need them. Same with your other bulky things you only use a few times a year (think deep fryer, or stand mixer). Better yet, never buy one and borrow ours when you need it!

We maintain a list of contractors that have done work in your neighborhood and can help streamline the process of screening and hiring someone for your project. We also work with local artisans to see or sample their crafts or confections.

The Curb Appeal Bundle
$1000/year
Weekly recycling and waste set-out and put-away service
Good neighbor support -we’ll help out a few surrounding houses for free to keep the area tidy!)
Excess trash bag and recycling haul-away - we’ll take away and break down all those old Amazon boxes and recycle them for you off-site.
Donation runs - we’ll take your stuff to Goodwill or another local
The Seasons Greetings Bundle
$1200/year
Helping hands for your home and yard for those good-weather months
Spring refresh - pull the patio furniture and grill out of storage. Clean up and dust off cushions, wipe down surfaces, and give the grill-grate a good scrub.
Power cleaning - pressure wash exterior windows, screens, and screen doors. (first floor only, 2nd floor surcharge subject to quote)
BBQ’s and patio heaters - monitor and manage propane refills and exchange as needed (cost of propane not included) all summer long.
Winterization - At the end of the summer, we’ll help you winterize and store your tables, chairs, and grill.
Add-on: Holiday Helpers - Storage and decorating help for holiday displays, costumes, yard trees, etc. (additional fee: $500)
The Pet Parents Bundle
$1500/year
Give your pets some extra attention and give yourself some extra time
Dog walking, feeding, and playing for 2 dogs, 2 visits per week.
Bathing and grooming - we’ll take Fido to the dog wash once per month or your groomer (wash and grooming fees additional).
Our “elimination elimination” service, which is what we call our poop-scoop, plus pet-friendly disinfectant service to help you keep the back yard clean and fresh.
Doggie shuttle - we’ll take your pet to the vet, the park, to a play date, or to the “dog days” at the ball park. We have a crate and a comfy car to help get your pet through their very busy social calendar.
